JPG to PDF Under 100KB – Make One Small PDF From Photos

Add photos of your documents, put them in order, and download one A4 PDF that fits the size limit.

Select several photos at once. JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC.

Your images never leaves your device. Everything is processed inside your browser — nothing is uploaded.

When portals ask for a PDF

UploadTypical ruleHow to make it
Certificate photographed on phonePDF, 100–200 KBOne photo → one page
Aadhaar / ID front and backPDF, up to 100 KBTwo photos → two pages

Each image is placed on its own A4 page with a small white margin and scaled to fit without cropping or stretching. Wide images are placed on landscape pages automatically.

Why convert photos into a PDF?

Many portals have one upload button per document and accept only PDF. If you have a two-page certificate, you cannot upload two JPGs — you need both pages in one PDF, and it has to stay under the limit. Desktop software can do this, but on a phone most people end up using an app full of ads that uploads their documents to unknown servers. This tool does the same job in your browser, with nothing to install.

The size limit is applied to the finished PDF, not to each image. The tool builds the full PDF, checks its real size, and adjusts quality and resolution until it fits.

Common rejection reasons and fixes

Pages in the wrong order. Reviewers may reject a document if the second page comes first. Check the numbers next to each thumbnail before downloading; use the arrows to fix the order.

“PDF exceeds the maximum size.” Tick the limit box and type the exact number from the portal. Black & white mode gives the biggest saving on printed documents.

Unreadable pages. Each page receives a share of the total budget. With many pages under 100 KB, text gets soft. Remove pages that are not required, or use a higher limit if allowed.

Sideways pages. If a photo was taken in landscape, it is placed on a landscape page. If it was simply taken sideways by mistake, rotate it in your gallery app before adding it.

Dark shadows and table edges. These make files bigger and harder to read. Photograph documents on a plain surface in daylight, close enough that the paper fills the screen.

Good photos make small PDFs

The cleaner the source photo, the smaller the PDF. A sharp, evenly lit page with white paper and black text compresses to a fraction of a shadowy one. Tap on the paper to focus before taking the picture, avoid the flash (it creates a bright spot), and hold your phone parallel to the page.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert a JPG to PDF under 100 KB?

Choose the JPG, keep the 100 KB limit ticked and tap Download PDF. The tool places the photo on an A4 page and reduces quality only as far as needed for the whole PDF to stay under 100 KB.

Can I put the front and back of my Aadhaar card in one PDF?

Yes. Select both photos together, check that the front is page 1, and download. You get a two-page PDF. Crop each photo close to the card edges first using your gallery app for the clearest result.

What if I need the PDF under 200 KB or 50 KB instead?

Type any number in the KB box. Smaller limits like 50 KB work well for one or two pages; for many pages you may need Black & white or a bigger limit.

Will my photos be cropped to fit A4?

No. Each image is scaled to fit inside the A4 page with a white margin, keeping its original shape. Nothing is cut off.

Are my documents uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is built inside your browser. Your images are not sent to any server, which is why it also works on slow connections.

Can I make a PDF of more than 20 pages?

Yes, but to stay under a small limit each page gets very few kilobytes. For long documents, raise the KB limit or split them into separate PDFs if the portal allows it.
