Your files stay on your device

All photo, signature and PDF processing on Form Photo Tools happens locally in your browser using JavaScript, Canvas and Web Workers. The files you choose, drag in or paste are never uploaded to our servers or to any third party. We cannot see, store or recover them. When you close the tab, they are gone from memory.

The name and date you type for the name strip are also used only in your browser to draw the image.

What our server receives

The website is a set of static files hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any website, the hosting provider receives standard technical information when your browser requests a page — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We do not combine this with any other data.

Offline storage

To make the tools work offline after your first visit, your browser may store copies of our pages and scripts (a "service worker" cache). This cache contains only our website files, never your photos or documents. You can clear it from your browser's site settings.

Cookies and advertising

We do not set cookies for the tools themselves. In future we may show advertising (for example Google AdSense) to keep the tools free. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. When ads are introduced, this policy will be updated and, where required, a consent notice shown.

Children

The site is meant for people filling in official forms and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
