Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 October 2026
By using Form Photo Tools you agree to these terms.
Free tools, provided as is
The tools are free and provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep size rules accurate and dated, but recruitment bodies change their rules. You are responsible for checking that your files meet the instructions of the form you submit. We are not liable for rejected applications, missed deadlines or any loss arising from use of the site.
Your content
Your files are processed on your own device and never reach us, so you keep all rights to them. Use the tools only with photos and documents that you are entitled to use. Do not use the tools to alter official documents or to create misleading or fraudulent material.
Not an official service
Form Photo Tools is an independent website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government department, exam board or agency mentioned on it. Names of exams and agencies are used only to describe which rules a tool follows.
Changes
We may update the tools and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
